Meet Our Team

For over 20 years, Schaffor has served individuals and families as a Financial Advisor, Branch Manager, and now Managing Principal and Partner of CCS Capital Management. For over a decade, he managed offices in Southern California and in the Pacific Northwest. Most recently, he led the firm’s largest branch complex in San Diego, CA. This experience afforded him leadership and oversight responsibilities for over 100 team members comprised of top tier Financial Advisors and support staff.  Schaffor graduated from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business with additional International Studies completed at Brigham Young University – Israel.

Schaffor and his wife Andrea have three children: Andrew, Gwenyth and William. They live in Rancho Bernardo, CA and actively serve in their church and community. As a family, they enjoy spending time together on the beach and in the mountains - always including their labradoodle, Sage.

Vance has more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience.  He specializes in managing dividend stock portfolios, taxable and tax-efficient bonds.  Since 1998, he has focused on managing the investment portfolios for executives, business owners and families of closely and privately companies who sold their company via merger or acquisition. In addition, he helps clients with tax and estate planning strategies, investment planning and comprehensive asset management for high-net-worth individuals.

Prior to managing investment portfolios, Vance spent 5 years with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company, where he worked with business owners, executives and families in developing their personal financial plans.  In addition, he started his accounting career in the entrepreneur services group with Arthur Young & Company in Chicago.  He primarily audited family and closely held businesses in the manufacturing and distribution industries.   He transferred with Arthur Young & Co. to San Diego in 1986 and audited start-up companies within the hardware/software technology and biotech industries.

Vance holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a non-practicing Certified Public Account and member of the California Board of Accountancy.

Andrea began her career in financial services with Dean Witter/Morgan Stanley in 1996 in Rancho Santa Fe. She joined Wells Fargo Advisors in 2015.

She has acquired extensive operational and compliance knowledge throughout her career in the industry. Andrea holds a Series 7 and Series 6 registrations. Her responsibilities at Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network include relationship management, marketing, client account servicing. In addition, she manages sophisticated issues for client's including: client statement, deposits, checks, credit / debit card, wire transfers and on-line computer access.

During her free time she enjoys various outdoor activities including horseback riding, running, hiking and spending time at the beautiful San Diego beaches.
